Frequently Asked Questions

What is your refund policy?


Due to the limited number of people per tour, purchased tour tickets are refundable up until 48 hours before scheduled tour date/time only. Any cancellation of tour within 48 hours before scheduled tour WILL NOT be entitled to a refund. This policy gives us the opportunity to fill each tour. Thank you for your understanding. 

Do tickets need to be purchased in advance? Can I pay with cash the day of the tour?

Tickets are exclusively sold on our website/booking platform. All tickets must be purchased in advance with a major credit card. Cash and/or drop in's will not be allowed the day of the tour. 

Do I need to buy a tour ticket if I am not eating?

Yes. All guests must purchase a ticket even if they don't plan to partake in the food tastings. Non-paying food tour guests will not be able to join the tour for any reason. The ticket fees help cover the costs of all the food tastings and also to pay for your tour guide's wages.

How many people are allowed on the tour?

Each tour is a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 10 people. If you have a larger group, please call or email us to see if custom arrangements for a private tour can be made. 

Are children allowed on the tour?

Our tours are currently only for adults 21+.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Please be sure and let us know if you (or anyone in your group) has a dietary restriction (e.g. vegetarian, etc.) when you purchase your tickets. As long as we know in advance, we will try to accommodate your needs; however, not all tasting locations can accommodate. Intolerance to dairy and vegan diet may be difficult to accommodate on the tours.

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

Yes, all our tours are wheelchair accessible.

Do the food tours operate if it rains?

All tours are held rain or shine. In the case of inclement weather, we will be able to go inside many of the establishments on the tour. We advise you to check the weather conditions for the day of your food tour and dress appropriately.

Are food tours offered in english only?

Currently all our tours are only offered in English.
